She is an experienced general manager and sustainability practitioner with 30 years of private sector experience, including more than 20 years based in Asia.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to establishing SPA, Sandy was the Director for Social Innovation at Cisco, a leading global technology company. As head of the Social Innovation group, Sandy led an Asia Pacific-wide team responsible for designing and implementing innovative and scalable social impact programs that helped address the effects of digital disruption in the region.
